SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

John Mahnic Art mails your prints within three business days of your payment clearing the PayPal account. United States delivery will take approximately 10-12 BUSINESS days, with the exception of delays at customs (which John Mahnic Art has no control over). 

Within Canada, mailing will typically take 3-7 business days. 

Important information for United States orders!  Your  prints are shipped from CANADA.  Unfortunately, John Mahnic Art cannot be held responsible for customs fees and lost, damaged or delayed prints due to the postal service or customs delays at the Canada/US border crossing. United States orders will be given a tracking number through www.canadapost.com. 

There is no charge for shipping on orders placed prior to December 1st, or after December 22nd. Prints are mailed ‘Expedited Parcel’ through Canada Post. Each print is mailed in an industrial strength shipping tube.

Between December 1st and December 22nd, ALL orders (US and Canadian) will be shipped Express Post and a $15 shipping charge will be applied to each order.

We endeavor to ensure that your order is handled with the utmost care, so please allow 48 hours after your order is placed for it to be processed. If you have not received an automated reply or invoice after that time, please contact our support directly at jmahnicart@rogers.com before re-submitting your order.

When you buy at least $99 worth of prints, choose one FREE print from those shown on the front page. When you buy at least $149 worth of prints, you may choose TWO FREE prints from those shown on the front page. 

Customers with qualifying orders may indicate which free prints they would like in the ‘comments’ section of their order form when checking out.
